Edouard Cambier invites Claire Bonnaventure to share their experience on interweaving between digital and physical workspace

Be inspired by Spatial Design cases studies: from ING to European Union EEAS Building, Hub Brussels, Talent Brussels and many others.
In order to face current challenges such as retaining talent, offering agility, and boosting productivity – all while ensuring employee well-being – organisations are reimagining the workspace and the role of offices.

This – combined with the remote working shift brought about by the pandemic – means the office as we know it is changing at rapid speed. How will it look in ten years? Will we evolve into collaborative spaces, where employees will meet, engage and ideate rather than work at a desk? Will flexible hotbeds of innovation and collaboration become the new norm, instead of cubicle farms crowded with desks?

Specialising in workplace strategy and new ways of working, Claire Bonnaventure advises and supports organisation, both private and public, in defining their vision, strategy and objectives, which she translates into an architectural concept and implementation from A to Z.

In discussion with Edouard Cambier, Chairman of the Belgian Workspace Association, Claire will share insights built over 15 years of experience in workplace innovation.
