BWA is joining “Smart Company”, the growing business and startup trade fair that will take place at Tour et Taxis on 16 & 17 October 2019.
Our sector is growing between 10 and 20% depending on the type of space, we boast over 162 innovating buildings over the whole Belgian territory, we have become the preferred interlocutor of the mobility and finance Ministers, we have established several partnerships with federations such as VIAS, the confederation of construction, of energy and environment, and we have excellent relations with the Chambers of Commerce.
Our sector has progressed from “M2” management to managing “Fix & Flex spaces”, and we are now slowly embarking on digitally managing our “Members”. Our back-offices have undergone a complete digital transformation, and our front-offices are about to be transformed and digitalised in the very near future. Our sector is already testing “robotics” in certain parts of the world.
The Entreprendre 2.0 trade fair you have attended is now making place for “Smart Company”, the new meeting place dedicated to today’s entrepreneurs. “Smart Company” intends on becoming the trade fair supporting entrepreneurs in search for agility, innovating tools and New Ways of Working. It will be held at Tour & Taxis on 16 & 17 October.
Exhibition Manager Nicolas Demeure – who will be contacting you shortly – observed that “the Belgian economic fabric is composed of a large number of small and medium sized companies. According to the latest figures published by L’Observatoire de PME (SME monitoring centre), 100,000 SMEs were created in 2017 . If launching a business was still an adventure fifteen years ago, we cannot deny that the entrepreneurial mindset has considerably flourished since then ».
Entrepreneurship is today a career choice encouraged by society, driven by numerous opportunities largely afforded by the digital revolution and the multiplication of financing structures intended to better guide young entrepreneurs. BWA’s partner Entreprendre trade fair – a pioneer in its time – fostered a vast number of vocations and informed over 100,000 entrepreneurs. Smart Company will be organised in partnership with Digital First, the flagship event for digital sector experts. Both trade fairs will together host over 250 exhibitors and startups, and will offer visitors 150 conferences spread over two days and 8,000 m2.
We shall see you on 16 and 17 October at Tour & Taxis for the Smart Company trade fair – dedicated to facilitating the management of your company, prospection, boosting your sales, as well as presenting you the new tools on offer.
